You further agree that CAM-I retains all ownership in and control of the CAM-I marks and that you will not contest or impair CAM-I’s right, title or interest in the CAM-I marks. Any permitted use of the CAM-I marks shall inure to the sole benefit of CAM-I. CAM-I is not liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by you or any third party arising out of or in connection with or as a result of the hyperlink.
Your use of the CAM-I marks shall be in compliance with CAM-I’s branding guidelines.
In addition, you agree that you will:
- Not insinuate or convey to the public that Company guarantees, recommends or approves of statements on your website;
- Not create frames around the www.cam-i.org website or use other techniques that alter the presentation of the www.cam-i.org website;
- Not bypass web pages that contain CAM-I’s Terms of Use and Privacy Statement;
- Comply with the all terms and conditions in CAM-I’s Terms of Use and Privacy Statement provided on the www.cam-i.org website; and
- Immediately terminate links and cease and desist from all further use of the CAM-I marks upon receipt of a emailed request from CAM-I.
